Summer Workouts at LBCC
Look on the page listed Summer Workouts for the information at LBCC for the three week dead period.
It is a great opportunity for the Frosh/Soph team and others to get better skills during our time off. Private training
is also available.
Durango Fall Classic
The Varsity will be traveling to Las Vegas for the Durango Fall Classic. Hotel information is listed
at the Durango page to the left. I will post an itinerary and address etc. when we get closer to the date and more information
is available.

Physicals
Sports Physicals are scheduled for Wednesday August 27th at school. The fee is $15.00 cash only.
This is a fast and easy way to get it done so don't miss out. If you have not done your physical yet please do it
on this day.
Frosh/Soph Scrimmage vs. Millikan
This wednesday at Lakewood in the main gym from 8-10 a.m. If you cannot make it please let your coach
know. Some of you might be going out of town.

Parent Meeting
There is a mandatory Parent meeting on Thursday the 31st at 6:00 p.m. at Lakewood tentatively in the Main Gym.
ALL of our fundraising forms will be passed out so you MUST have a parent or guardian present.

After a long and gruelling process the frosh/soph team has been selected. Thank you all for participating
and the ones that didn't make it please don't give up and keep working hard at whatever you might choose.

August 2nd Car Wash
The Car Wash that was postponed has been cancelled. We will pass out
car wash tickets at the parent meeting so we have plenty of time to sell the tickets. The uniform car wash is scheduled
for August 30th.

Boys Varsity and Junior Varsity Summer leagues and Practice Times
There has been some confusion about the practice times for the boys this summer. Due to Coach Moenoa
getting a new job we have to change our times from 10-12 to 4-6 in the Small Gym. The Summer leagues start next week
with the Varsity going on Tues and Thurs. and the JV going on Mon and Wed. I apologize for the confusion please let
me know if there are any further questions.

Summer Leagues
The Summer League Season is beginning tomorrow with the Varsity traveling to Woodbridge High School and thursday
to El Dorado High School.
The Junior Varsity will make their Summer debut at Cerritos College next Monday at 12:00
p.m.

CAR WASH July 12th Postponed
The Car Wash planned for July 12th has been postponed until further notice. The tentative date is August
2nd from 8-2 at Lakewood High School.
