Varsity Questionaire
Go to the fundraising page and find the Varsity Volleyball questionaire and fill it out ASAP then email
it to Coach Wadley at mwadley@lbusd.k12.ca.us.

Physicals and Fundraisers
Just a reminder that there is going to be a doctor on campus on Wednesday August 27th from 12:00-4:00.
The fee is $15 cash only! If you have your physical already done please turn the packet into the front office immediately.
If you have fundraising money you can turn it into the front office with you name on the
envelope and sealed. You can request to have it put into my mailbox. I will then pick it up to record. If
there are any pics to go into the media guide please email them immediately.
Practice Schedule...
Starting August 25th.... Varsity - Monday thru Friday
8-10 and 4-6 (main gym) Junior Varsity - Monday thru Friday 2-4 (main gym)
Frosh/Soph - Monday thru Friday 4-6 (small gym) During
the school year: Varsity - 4-6 (main gym) Junior
Varsity - 2-4 (main gym) Frosh/Soph - 4-6 (small gym) Frosh/soph
and Varsity will have Study hall period 6.

Media Guide Ads...
If you have sold media guide ads you can turn them in early just make an attachment and email it to:
Make sure your child's name is on the email and how much the ad is worth. I will
enter that information into the database and will update the information. This will make the media guide a little easier
to publish.

Friendly reminder continued...
Just another friendly reminder that the first $50 car wash tickets sold will go towards the Booster Club and
the rest will go towards the uniforms. Please sell all tickets because it is an easy way to fundraise. Any tickets
not sold must be returned but he $50 Booster Club tickets are MANDATORY.

Uniform Reminder
Just a friendly reminder that Uniform Fees are due on September 6th at the car wash. Your child will
NOT get their jersey unless all fees are paid in full. That is also the same day the fundraising items are due!
Uniform Fees are $325.00

1 Game Day T-shirt
2 Jersey's
2 Pair of Shorts
1 Pair of Kneepads
1 Pair of Shoes
1 Sweatshirt
